Legal Services have been provided from 3 The Square for over fifteen years. The practice of Baker Macdonald Solicitors was formed in 1994 and incorporated the former Licensed Conveyancing firm of Coppers.
Mr M Baker and Mrs J Whiting, both from local families, have been in partnership since 1995 to provide a range of legal services to the community. We are pleased that Mr C Tinkley continues with us as a licensed conveyancer and together with Mr J Marshall (Solicitor) who has recently joined us and associated licensed conveyancer Mr H Garfield, we have together nearly all had in excess of 20 years experience within the legal profession.
As our Clients are aware, we have a very stable staff many of whom are well known to our Clients and who provide excellent backup services when required.
Mr Baker and Mrs Whiting are both involved with the Sevenoaks community including contacts and commitments outside the office with Local clubs and charities including Rotary, the Sevenoaks Club, Schools and Scouts.
Our ethos is to provide an old fashioned customer friendly service within the modern regulatory requirements. Our sympathetic yet practical approach has satisfied more than 7,000 clients and we are pleased that we now include within our Client base several families and Clients who return to us year after year.
